Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If we have not lived up to your expectations or perhaps there was a problem with your order or the mixes within, give us a shout at gents@leisuremanns.com and we can turn that frown upside down. LOL!

Return Policy

Any undesired, damaged, unopened, unused, untampered with, or seemingly possessed product may be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase in its original condition. What is original condition? This simply means that you have not altered, opened, used, or tampered with the original product in any way. Products returned that are found in violation will be assessed at the customer's expense and result in a forfeiture of any possible refunds or exchanges.

RETURN & REFUND - Leisuremann’s will send you a shipping label that can be used to ship any unopened/unused/untampered with/original condition jars or single-serve packs back to us. Once we receive the single serves or jars back we will do an internal inspection of the items and issue a full refund on the products based on our return policy above.

RETURN & EXCHANGE - We can send you a shipping label that can be used to ship any unopened/unused/untampered with/original condition jars or single-serve packs back to us. Once we receive the single serves or jars back we will do an internal inspection of the products based on our return policy above initiating an exchange totaling the quantity amount returned. Leisuremann’s will ship the exchanged products back to you at no cost.

RESTOCKING: All restocking orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee and overall product assessment for damages, issues, and restocking effectiveness. Leisuremann's is not responsible for the return restocking shipment. Private labeled items (jars & single serves) are not eligible for restocking. PLEASE NOTE: Not all orders are eligible for restocking.

DAMAGES: All damaged jars or single-serve packs will be assessed after proper documentation (photos/videos) is received and a CAS# will be assigned for processing. PLEASE CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS RECEIVED CAREFULLY FOR DAMAGES AND REJECT THOSE THAT ARE. Notify Leisuremann's immediately of any damages to shipping boxes, crates, padded envelopes, and packaging material.

Private labeled items (jars & single serves) may assess additional fees and processing terms.

Shipping

We ship most if not all orders, depending on size, weight, and location via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders usually take between 3-5 business days to arrive once shipped. Orders, depending on size, quantity, and weight, are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please allow longer shipping and processing times for international orders and those orders outside of the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawai’i, and all US Territories).

Please allow more time for larger quantities, bulk, wholesale, or privately labeled orders. Expedited & international shipping is available upon request. Please email us at gents@leisuremanns.com for all inquiries.

Orders placed on a Friday or weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following business day.

Leisuremann’s observes all major US National Holidays. Orders placed on a Holiday will be processed on the following business day.

If your order is marked as “Delivered” and you did not receive your parcel, Do not be alarmed! USPS, UPS, and FedEx try their very best to deliver every package on time but sadly issues like this do arise especially during holidays and busier times of the year. What we would recommend is the following: Look around your mailbox and possibly your front/side doors for the parcel. Additionally, possibly check with a neighbor or even your mail carrier themselves to see if they might still have the parcel in their delivery vehicle or if a neighbor might have received it by mistake. We would recommend waiting 2-3 business days for a possible re-delivery by your parcel carrier.

If incorrect shipping information is given at the time of order placing it will be up to the discretion of Leisuremann’s LLC as to the mitigation of the redirected, lost, or missed shipped package or packages Please contact Leisuremann’s LLC immediately if a shipping situation is spotted.

Leisuremann’s LLC is not responsible for any and all shipments redirected due to incorrect addresses or misinformation pertaining to an order or package shipped.

Mixers Purchased In The Wild (3rd Party Brick & Mortar/Online)

Leisuremann’s LLC (dba Leisuremann’s Cocktail Mixes) cocktail mixer products (jars, single-serve packs, and cocktail merch) are sold throughout the United States, Canada, and across the pond in Europe. Though all of our mixer products leave our facility to our wholesale partners with adequate “Best By” dates, sometimes mixers in the wild can exceed the handwritten “Best By” date range.

Though all of our mixers can and do last longer than their Best By dates, we recommend that if you are hesitant to mix a drink or find that the mix is not up to your or our standards, please return your mixers to the brick and mortar store or online retailer from which they were purchased. Additionally, please send an email to gents@leisuremanns.com outlining the mixer purchased, from where/whom you purchased it, as well as images of the mixer in question. Lastly, if a Leisuremann’s mixers appear to be tampered with in anyway please send an email to gents@leisuremanns.com outlining what you observed. All pictures, videos, and information is welcome.

If a mixer was purchased from leisuremanns.com and is out of the “Best By” date range please send an email with your name, order number, and image of the mixer in question to gents@leisuremanns.com and we will turn your frown upside down, LOL!
