Issues & Recalls…OH My!

Issues, recalls, market withdrawals, safety alerts, and complaints are not something we take lightly here at Leisuremann’s. Frankly, they scare the living shit out of us. With this said, below are the known active recalls, issues, and complaints associated with our mixers and barware products. We strive as a company to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction as well as the highest quality products as we can while realizing that we, like everyone else, are still simply crazy cocktail-loving bipedal apes, LOL!

RECALLS

There are no active recalls, market withdrawals, or safety alerts at this time. All recalls, market withdrawals, and safety alerts will be reported to the local and federal food safety authorities and proper action will be taken to notify the public regarding those affected products.

ISSUES

(11/20/2024) Currently there is a possible known Best By labeling issue/typo with the Turkey Gravy Single Serve Pack batches lot code (TG 24091s - TG24092s - TG24093s - TG24094s - TG24095s - TG24096s - TG24097s) whereas the Best By date handwritten on the back of the package may be incorrectly represented and appear out of date range. The date may appear as ‘4/1/24’ but is supposed to read ‘4/1/26’. Though the Best By date may be incorrectly written, these packs are still good to utilize. What we would recommend is checking the lot code on the front of each pack and if it is one of the following (TG 24091s - TG24092s - TG24093s - TG24094s - TG24095s - TG24096s - TG24097s) worry not. Lastly, if you would like a replacement pack(s) please email gents@leisuremanns.com referencing ‘Turkey Gravy 2024 Issues’ in the subject line with pictures of the front and back of your pack. A Leisuremann’s representative will reach back out to you to handle your replacement.

COMPLAINTS

There are no active product complaints at this time. All product complaints will be reported to the local and federal food safety authorities and proper action will be taken to notify the public regarding those affected products.
